We're excited to offer over 100 silent auction items, live items, teacher experiences, and classroom art projects, in addition to many other engaging activities. This event is also a great opportunity to connect with our community while enjoying a drink and conversation. Silent bidding will close at 6:45pm and dinner will begin at 7:15pm.

What is the bar situation?

A huge thank you to our bar sponsors, Ridgepoint Construction. Two bars will be available throughout the night, with complimentary white wine being offered at the tables. The bar will offer beer, wine, and a specialty drink.

How does the Silent Auction work?

Donated items will be showcased on display tables, with each item accompanied by a bidding sheet detailing the approximated retail value, minimum starting bid, and acceptable bidding increments (e.g. $5, $10, $15). To bid, please clearly print your name, bid number, and bid amount on the sheet. Each subsequent bidder must increase their bid by the specified increment. If you are committed to acquiring an item, revisit your bid before closure to ensure a final or guarantee bid. The last bidder to place a bid will secure the item at their bid amount upon closure.

What is a teacher experience?

Our dedicated teachers strive to inspire our children with diverse fascinating specialties that they will be sharing to create enduring memories. During the silent auction, a designated table will be available for bidding on these unique, one-of-a-kind experiences that will have a lasting influence.

How can I buy a classroom Auction project?

These incredible projects created by your child and their class will be showcased at the auction and prominently displayed in the silent area the night of the auction. Your child has worked diligently on the project and you, as parents, should be beaming with pride.

How does the Live Auction work?

You will receive a detailed catalogue of live auction items at your table. Please ensure you review this catalogue before the live auction to acquaint yourself with the available items. In the lead-up to the auction, we will provide sneak peeks at some of the live items. During the auction dinner, the auctioneer will describe each item in detail, and interested bidders will signal their bids using their assigned bid numbers, which will be located at their seats. The auctioneer will initiate bidding at a pre-determined amount, and those willing to pay that price will raise their bid numbers. The highest bidder will secure the item!

What are the options if we do not have a designated driver?

To guarantee a secure and hassle-free ride to and from the auction, we suggest downloading the Uber or Lyft applications prior to the event.
