TUITION & AFFORDABILITY
We strive to make tuition affordable so that any family that desires a traditional Catholic education for their child may have it. We are proud to teach our Catholic faith, and children of all denominations are welcome. Tuition for St. Nicholas Catholic School is highly competitive within the Seattle Archdiocese. Unlike many parochial schools, we do not differentiate between in-parish or out-of-parish rates. Tuition is set at a flat fee.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP - TUITION ASSISTANCE
Our priority is to form “Saints and Scholars” who carry their knowledge and faith from childhood into adulthood. We strive to make St. Nicholas Catholic School accessible to anyone who wants a Catholic education for their child. Assistance is available to assure that no child is turned away from St. Nicholas Catholic School due to financial hardship.
The application process for tuition assistance for the 2025/2026 school year opened on Tuesday, October 1st. All applications for the Fulcrum Foundations Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) are processed through FACTS. You can login to your existing account, or create an account if you have never used FACTS, with the link to login here. All families that would like to apply for any in-house scholarships must first apply to the Fulcrum TAP through FACTS. The application closes on December 31st and will not accept late applications.

HALF OFF TUITION RAFFLE
This is a new program that will benefit a family of one or of many. Each St. Nicholas family is required to purchase (4) $50 raffle tickets. You can purchase these or sell to your neighbor, friends, or extended family. Raffle tickets can be sold from the start of the school up to four weeks prior to the annual auction. The raffle winner will be drawn during the auction and tuition for the following year will be reduced in half. All families can pick up their raffle tickets from the front office starting June 4th.
CHROME BOOKS
Middle school students are required to have a Chromebook when they enter 6th grade. These are purchased through the school at cost and are the parent/student property once purchased. Last year’s Chromebook price charged to families was $300.00, including the case, and is subject to change. Payment is due at the beginning of the school year.
PAY IN FULL DISCOUNT
Families who pay tuition in full prior to the start of the year receive a 3% discount if paid via check to the front office.
ANNUAL DEPOSIT
In order to hold your child’s place for the coming school year, an annual deposit for returning students is required by April 30th. The annual deposit for new students is due upon registration. If you withdraw your student, after signing your covenant, the fee is non-refundable. The cost is $135 per student (preschool and pre-k) and $215 per student (K - 8th grade) if paid by April 30th. After April 30th rates are $175 and $240.
