PROCUREMENT AND DONATIONS

Procurement deadline is November 15th, 2024.

All St. Nicholas families are asked to procure or donate an item or experience or make a monetary donation of $225 by November 15th, 2024.   After this deadline, your family will be billed $300 (payable by cash or check) to fulfill your family procurement obligation.

Regardless of how or what you donate, please make sure to complete and submit a procurement form, no later than November 15th.

Ways to Donate to the Auction

There are several ways to make your donation to the auction.

1. Procure an Item to Donate

Approach a business to make a donation, procure a donation from a personal contact, or make a personal donation of an item or experience from our Wishlist.

2. Purchase an Item to Donate

• Purchase an item from our Wishlist to donate. 

3. Donate Cash

Cash is ALWAYS appreciated! It gives us the flexibility to help procure needed items. There are two ways to make cash donations. 

1. Check - Made payable and dropped off/delivered to St. Nicholas Catholic School 

2. Online Cash Donation

What to Donate to the Auction

The success of our event depends on the quality of items we have to auction, and your role is incredibly important in making this happen.

Please view our Wishlist for recommendations on items to procure or purchase .

If you have any questions or donation ideas that are not on our wish list, we'd love to hear from you!

We are unable to accept used items of any kind, art, clothing and shoes, software, or professional services that require a membership be purchased.  In addition, items with a value lower than $25 will not be accepted.
